這是一款久泡不澀的冷泡茶,屬於台灣凍頂高海拔區域的春茶,每年產量非常少,屬一心二葉手摘茶葉,每年只有限量1000多包,每一顆茶葉都是粒粒飽滿,這款茶屬半發酵半烘培,只有台灣做得出烏龍茶,屬凍頂最好,台灣獨有技術,出口都是頗受好評的。
冷泡茶:堪稱一絕!非常好喝,可以回沖冷(冰)水一整天茶香還在呦,是補充水分跟減肥聖品,每天都會很想打開來喝。
熱泡茶:有一股香甜的味道,不會苦,前味有一股蜂蜜的味道,後味就是厚實的茶香,同一個茶包可以回沖3-5次。
Oolong milk tea: 個人覺得泡Oolong milk tea就不太適合了,因為這些茶葉都沒有像外面的茶行一樣有加一些香料,所以香味就比較沒那麼濃,但是也還是滿好喝的,屬於清香型的奶茶(英式下午茶的那種)。

Hot tea: There is a sweet taste, not bitter, the first taste has the taste of honey, the after taste is the thick tea fragrance, the same tea bag can be backwashed 3-5 times.
Oolong milk tea: I personally think that making Oolong milk tea is not suitable, because these tea leaves do not have some spices like the outside tea shops, so the fragrance is relatively not so strong, but it is still full of deliciousness, which belongs to the fragrance. 食用方法:
冷泡茶:一包茶包放進水壺,加500-1000cc 冷水,放進冰箱,隔天就是超好和的冷泡茶囉~~~可以回沖2-3次。
熱泡茶:一包茶包放進杯子裡,滾水200度C沖入,約浸泡3分鐘最甘甜(茶包不要放太久),如果要濃一點就將茶包一直放著,濃茶有提神效果,久泡不澀。
熱Oolong mile tea: 一包茶包放進杯子裡,150cc滾水100度C沖入,再加 50cc 2%鮮奶 (約水:奶=3:1體積比例),放進微波爐加熱30秒。
冰Oolong mile tea:一包茶包放進杯子裡,100cc滾水100度C沖入,浸泡5分鐘; 之後倒入一個裝滿冰塊的杯子裡。茶包杯可一直回沖熱水。
How to brew:
Cold brewing tea: Put a tea bag into the kettle, add 500-1000cc of cold water, and put it in the refrigerator. The next day is super nice cold brewing tea~~~ It can be back-flushed 2-3 times.
Hot tea: Put a bag of tea bag into the cup, immerse it in boiling water at 200°C, and steep for about 3 minutes to make the most sweetest (the tea bag should not be left for too long). Refreshing effect, not astringent for a long time.
Hot Oolong mile tea: Put a tea bag into the cup, pour it in 150cc boiling water at 100°C, add 50cc 2% fresh milk (approximately water:milk=3:1 volume ratio), put it in a microwave oven and heat for 30 seconds.
Ice Oolong mile tea: Put a tea bag into a cup, rinse in 100cc boiling water at 100°C, soak for 5 minutes; then pour it into a cup full of ice cubes. The tea bag cup can always be flushed with hot water.
